Testimonials
I have a good team to work with, the working conditions are good as well, with all safety precautions. My salary is always on time, and I get prompt and excellent support from my coordinator. Right after I joined, I received basic training and safety induction, that helped me in my current job at Nestle.
During my time at Nestle, I enjoyed every bit of working there, and still do. My team has been very supportive and responsive at all times. As part of career progression and professional development, I have also completed Safety and Quality training for my role as Skilled Operator.
I started as a line operative and got promoted after 6 months of working in the factory. The staff are very friendly, and I had a very good site consultant and manager who used to always support me. After a year I then moved into the office, helping my colleagues in recruiting, doing payroll, dealing with queries and much more. I now get to support new starters as they join us working at Nestle and really enjoy my job here.
I joined not knowing what to expect coming into factory life as I was always in the motor trade. Leandro Roche is a really good manager, and he treats everyone the same. At Nestle Bromborough, you are not treated any different than the full timers, everyone’s the same. The managers really appreciate our efforts in helping with the day to day running of the factory and to help them hit order deadlines. At Nestle, most people get what hours they wish to work week in week out.
I really love working for C-trg, communication is good, weekly pay on time, regular work and easy to get hold of, Alex who is our point of contact is approachable and friendly. I started off and progressed to supervisor within a few weeks which I am loving every second of it.
