Challenge-trg Skills – giving you the tools to succeed
Challenge-trg Skills is the commercial and government-funded training arm of Challenge-trg Group, improving lives and building futures for individuals. We partner with a wide range of education and training providers to deliver an extensive library of short courses, apprenticeships and training academies. Our programmes are delivered face to face, online, or via a blended approach using our Moodle platform, which includes a fully virtual classroom environment, bespoke resources and learning materials, and support groups, all delivered by our inspirational team of trainers and specialists.

We offer a range of programmes to support your career development. Some examples programmes of study range from Entry Level English, Maths and Digital Skills support through to standalone programmes in Continuous Improvement & Principles of Lean, Team Leading, Warehousing, Construction, and Adult Care, as well as practical training in Forklift Truck Operations.
All our courses on offer can help you develop within your current role, or if currently out of work, to gain extra skills before you enter a new role.
Challenge-trg Skills has access to a wide range of government funding, and in many cases, courses can be offered free of charge.

Skills Bootcamps
Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?
If you’re aged 19 and over and looking to change sectors, or progress in your current industry, a Skills Bootcamp could be your next step to a new role.
These flexible courses last up to 16 weeks and allow you to gain skills, licences, practice and qualifications employers are looking for.
A job interview at the end of the course is guaranteed, and as a Skills for Life initiative funded by the government, it’s completely free.
For most Skills Bootcamps, no previous knowledge in the subject is needed – you just need a good grasp of the English language and the willingness to learn new skills.
