Working for Arla
While working for Arla at hour Aylesbury and Hatfield sites, you will be looked after by approachable and knowledgeable shift managers who will assist you in working to your full potential. You will also work with other colleagues both permanent and other agency staff for all hours of your shift.
Job Roles
As a Warehouse Operative your duties will be as follows:
- Moving milk roller cages from intake to storage
- Picking the correct product and amount into a roller cage
- Matching correct milk cages with the correct dispatch bay
- Loading milk cages on to lorries in a specific order
Pay
The rate of pay starts at £12.57 per hour for days and is £13.68 per hour for nights.
Shifts
Shift follow a 4 on, 4 off rotational pattern. You will be assigned to either red or green shifts.
