Job Roles
As a Production Operative, your role will include:
- Being part of a team which may include receiving and preparing raw materials, processing or packing and distribution of the finished products.
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Other duties may be required
Working at Taste Original as a Production Operative, you’ll have full training to ensure you are successful in your new role.
As a Line Leader, your role will include:
- Managing, motivating and training operatives
- Ensuring all customer orders are packed correctly
- Communicating with all relevant departments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, Health, and Safety within your area of responsibility
- Ability to use the Company IT systems
Other duties as a Line Leader may be required
Shifts
Variety of shifts are available. Flexible shift patterns available for both part-time and full-time. Typical shifts available at Taste Original:
- 06:00 to 18:00
- 21:00 to 06:00
- 18:00 to 06:00
Typical shift patterns include working Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday one week and then Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday the following week.
