Job Roles
As a Picker, your role will include:
- Picking flat and hanging garments as directed by your supervisor in a timely accurate manner, to maintain productivity levels.
- Working in a timely accurate manner as directed by your supervisor.
- Following safe systems of work training.
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards.
- Adhering to security procedures.
- Consistently achieving targets.
As a Packer, your role will include:
- Managing, motivating and training Operatives. Ensuring an excellent customer journey by meeting the required standards of sale orders and customer returns.
- Adhering to departmental processes and standards.
- Meeting set targets for productivity.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Following safe systems of work training.
- Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards.
- Adhering to security procedures.
As a Loader, your role will include:
• Lifting boxes of 15 kg and placing them into cages to be loaded into trucks.
• Unloading empty boxes from trucks, loading trucks with bundles of hanging stock at around 15 kg whilst working on steps.
• Achieving productivity targets.
• Working individually or part of a team.
• Communicating with peers and management.
• Adhering to departmental processes.
• Maintaining Health & Safety standards, cascading any health & safety issues to H&S team.
• Monitoring security within your area, reporting issues to Security Manager.

Shifts
Full-time shift patterns are available, shift times may vary depending on demand. Typical shifts available at Boohoo are:
- Sunday-Thursday: 8-hours shift
- Tuesday-Saturday: 8-hours shift
- Monday-Friday: 8-hours shift
- Weekend: Full-time
- Friday-Monday: 10-hours shift (12:00 to 22:00)
