RAISE is a flexible 5 week programme consisting of three course options for unemployed Birmingham & Solihull residents who are aged 29 and above.

  • Door supervisors are often the first point of contact between many businesses and members of the public. It is important therefore that they are effectively trained and meet legal requirements in what can be a challenging environment.

    The Highfield Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry is aimed at learners who want to apply for a licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to work legally as a door supervisor. Based on the SIA’s own specifications and updated to meet the latest requirements, it has been developed by Highfield, the leading awarding organisation for security qualifications and written by some of the country’s leading security experts.
