We are looking for a number of full-time Warehouse Operative to join us at our reverse operation in Sittingbourne, ME10 2FD for our client.
This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process, as well as trays sortation operations, for one of the leading grocery supermarkets. The site is a fast-paced, diverse environment, with plenty of development opportunities available.

• Hourly rate of £11.00 per hour (parity pay day one) | Overtime rate after 48 hours paid at 1.5x times

Your working hours as a Warehouse Operative:

Shift pattern: Thursday to Sunday from 09:00am until 21:00pm, one hour paid break

What you’ll do on a typical day as a Warehouse Operative:

This is a vital role in preparing plastic trays for re-use in the distribution of food items to the supermarket. The role will involve loading and unloading plastic food trays and sort them, other tasks will involve the recycling of plastic and cardboard by unloading from cages into a baling machine. The work is physical so you must enjoy work of a physical nature.
