**EARN UP TO £520.125 PER WEEK PLUS GENEROUS BONUS SCHEME PAID ON A WEEKLY BASIS, PERFORMANCE DRIVEN**

Join our client, one of the leading grocery retailers in the United Kingdom TODAY! We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative in Waltham Point, EN9 3BZ!

**If you are traveling by public transport, PLEASE make sure that you can get to the warehouse**

Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

• Basic rate: £12.48 per hour – POTENTIAL EARNING OF £468 PER WEEK plus overtime
• Premium night rate from 6PM to 6AM £13.87 per hour.
• POTENTIAL EARNING OF £520.125 X PER WEEK plus overtime
• BREAKS will be paid

After 12 weeks:

• Overtime reconciled over a 4-weekly period; threshold 169 hours in a month’s period. Whatever is on top of those hours gets paid at £18.48 per hour (£19.87 per hour for night shifts). There is potential of up to 2hrs of overtime available each day!

Bonus:

**Generous bonus scheme paid on a weekly basis performance driven**

Typical hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• We have a variety of shifts available: 6am – 2pm
• Other shifts may be available, please contact us for more details
• You will be on a rota for any 5 days per week and expected to work 37.5hrs per week (flexibility will be required)

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Order Picking for a leading grocery retailer using MHE equipment
• Prior to employment, successful candidates must pass a drug & alcohol test
• Ensure all operational manuals and safe systems of work are followed to achieve an accident-free operation
• To reconcile products with documentation and to load/unload vehicles
• Where a company uniform and personal protective equipment have been issued, they must be always worn when on duty
• This is a physical job so you must enjoy work of a physical nature such as lifting
