Our customer is looking to recruit Factory Operatives for a leading engineering and fabrication manufacturer, that specialises in the global automotive, commercial vehicle, off-highway, and industrial sectors, based in West Bromwich (B71). This is a temporary ongoing opportunity for the right candidates.

**Full time work available after a 10 day training course in Warehousing & Storage and health and Safety in the workplace. On successfully completion you will be guaranteed a job interview at our various warehouse employers within the Coventry area. Must be 19 and over to apply**

Your shifts according to the business needs:

• 6 am – 2 pm
• 6 am – 12 pm on Fridays
• 2 pm – 10 pm
• 12 pm – 6 pm on Fridays
• 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
• 7:30 am – 12 :30 pm
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time

Your pay rate as a Factory Operative will be:

• Under 21: £10.42 per hour (Overtime rate after 38 hours £11.68 per hour)
• 21 and Over 21’s: £11.44 per hour (Overtime rate after 38 hours £12.82 per hour)

Main responsibilities as a Factory Operative:

• Operating basic machinery
• Assembly and testing parts
• Work in line with production targets and in-process quality checks
• Maintain a clean and functional work environment
• Identify machine faults and report to maintenance technicians as required

• You will have some experience in production/manufacturing as this would be advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
