Warehouse operative – Produce Picker

Challenge TRG Recruitment is looking for a full time Warehouse Operative for their well know client in Northampton, NN4 9BX.

You will be working in a Produce environment (between 5-7 degrees), using scanner system and electrical pump truck. You will also be picking meat. Heavy lifting is involved.
Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

• AM shift: £13.35/h | PM shift: £15.55/h
• Saturday: £1 on top of normal payment
• Sunday: £1.5/h on top of normal payment
• Overtime up to £22.22/h is paid over 40+hrs pw
• Performance bonus up to £6/h on top of normal payment

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

• 10am-6pm (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday)
• 1pm-9pm (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completing several manual handling tasks, without the use of MHE
• Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
• Completing tasks using a handheld warehouse management device
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
• Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
