Job Description

We are now recruiting for our client Peak period until end of December 2023 for Fixed shifts in West Hallam Ilkeston, so come and join our friendly and growing team as a full time Warehouse Operative in West Hallam, DE7 6HE. You will be joining a global logistics provider with excellent benefits!
Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• Back shifts: Fixed AM
• Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 06:00pm – 14:00pm
• Total of 37.5 hours a week

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

• Pay Rate: £10.81 per hour
• Back shifts overtime only applies after 37.5 hours
• Saturday, Sundays, and Bank holidays are classed as standard working days

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking and Packing items ready for distribution
• Using a handheld scanner to sort items
• Manual Lifting involved (up to 23 KG)
• Unloading containers
• Available PPT/FLT training
• Adhering to and upholding strict Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

• PPE is required, but we can provide this
• There are opportunities from TEMPORARY to PERMANENT!!!
